A terrible omnibus spending bill

"Well the Democrats would be worse" only goes so far, when the Republicans are acting like Democrat Lite. This omnibus spending bill is just awful and should never have been voted on, much less passed.

If I could snap my fingers and add anything to the U.S. Constitution, it would be to criminalize these massive omnibus packages and force Congress to vote on each spending item individually.

This is not draining the swamp. This is dumping manure into the swamp - or, as my friend Larry Robinson used to say, Taxic Waste.

Shame on the Republican Congress for passing this monstrosity, and shame on President Trump for signing it.
