Clear backpacks

I know we have had our fun talking about clear backpacks and how the same people who are seeking to restrict Second Amendment rights are unhappy with this infringement on Fourth Amendment rights.

But here's the deal. Mandating clear backpacks is Nanny State in the extreme. This is something that we as conservatives should oppose. This big government encroaching unnecessarily with almost no real expansion of security. Let's be consistent in opposition to security theater.
