County recorder Jim Fielder dies at 58
I've known Jim for 12 years. You'll never find a more dedicated public servant than him - some may equal his dedication but none surpass it.
County government has lost a valuable source of institutional knowledge and experience.
More importantly, many of us have lost a friend. God bless you, Jim.
