A bike lane boondoggle in Bloomington
From the Herald-Times:
The number of people who ride their bicycles along East Seventh Street increased after a $2.6 million construction project that added a two-way bike lane, early data show.
However, the city remains concerned that the changes, including new traffic patterns, may confuse drivers and increase the number of crashes.
Well golly gee goodness guys, maybe you should have done that study BEFORE spending $2.6 million building it.
