In praise of President Trump's action on birth control

To the Editor:
President Trump was right to overturn the Obama mandate that employers cover birth control. I am pleasantly surprised with how Trump has acted to protect religious freedom given how socially liberal he was in years past. He is keeping his promises.
Predictably, Leftists are howling in anger, tweeting #HandsOffMyBC. But Trump took his hands off your birth control. The issue is not whether women should be allowed to have birth control. The issue is whether someone else should be forced to pay for it against his will, even if it violates his religious beliefs. The solution is simple: Pay for it yourself or find an alternate means of financing it, instead of having government force your lifestyle choices on someone else.
The most laughable argument is that secular private companies will take this as an opportunity to not pay for birth control. Of course that will not happen, because birth control is far less expensive than covering a baby from pregnancy to college years. Secular corporations are more than happy to see their female employees avoid being blessed with children.
You cannot claim to be "pro choice" if you think government should force others to pay for your birth control.
