"Juan Sells" wins a victory for private property rights

This photo warms my heart. It makes me happy every time I see this.

The city of Bloomington attempted to confiscate the Realtor office and build a bigger parking garage. This is illegal under Indiana law because they would have rented some of the space on the street to private business.

The building's owner fought back and won! The city was forced to build a smaller parking garage.
