Printed in the Herald-Times, June 25, 2021 To the Editor: I was very disappointed in the Bloomington City Council’s decision to fund "All Options" Pregnancy Resource Center on June 16, especially since none of the councilors even acknowledged that "All Options" reported a massive budget surplus of over $568,000 in their 2019 report and ended the next fiscal year with $703,835 in assets. They also did not acknowledge alternatives such as working with township trustees to distribute diapers.
