I submitted this to the Indianapolis Star last week. The Supreme Court's decision to uphold ObamaCare was a dark day in American history. As the dissent pointed out, Chief Justice Roberts went to the extreme of rewriting ObamaCare to make it constitutional. Obama and the Democrats denied all along that the individual mandate was a tax and argued it was not a tax, but Roberts ruled it was a tax so he could uphold this destructive law.
