I hate having to change my font settings in Word and Excel when I get an upgrade to Microsoft Office! Why can't Microsoft figure out how to keep user settings the same when the office suite is upgraded? I will say this: The fact that I can now view spreadsheets side-by-side is an excellent and much-needed new feature and a big improvement over the last version of Office. It was possible to do that before, but only by opening Excel a second time. It's much more convenient now.
